Set up sending from another address in Gmail.

Gmail is very flexible and has plenty of options if you have multiple email addresses. One of the options is to send and receive email from an address other than gmail.

to do this log into gmail and follow these prompts:

Now if your other email is already forwarding to gmail then simply close the window as in the next step and go to your inbox (You may need to click on the “check mail” option, click the link in the email and thats it.

Now you have done the large part of it its useful not to have to remember which email address to reply from, so go back to the accounts set up page (As in Step2) in gmail settings and choose the option to “Reply from the address to which the email was sent”.

Thats it gmail will save your settings.

The next time you get an email from that address and click reply the reply will automatically be sent from the same address.
